Terry Krieg President of Advantage Marketing Solutions
Terry founded Advantage Marketing Solutions with the vision to be a leading full service marketing, communications and business solutions firm. His knowledge, experience, and previous achievements are just some of Advantage Marketing Solutions assets. He is applying everything he has learned to Advantage Marketing Solutions, and continues to seek new opportunities for marketing and business solutions.
Prior to founding Advantage Marketing Solutions in 2006, Terry was Vice President of CUCorp a subsidiary of the Michigan Credit Union League. He began his career at CUCorp in 1985 and over the course of his tenure with the company he transformed what was a very small department into Images & Ink one of the nations largest marketing service organization that focused on financial marketing for credit unions, This award winning, entity within the company provided first class advertising, marketing, consulting, and business partnerships to Credit Unions accross the county.

Katherine Van Eck, Sales & Office Manager
 Kathy is the Advantage Marketing Solutions Sales & Office Manager. She provides top quality customer service and support to our clients. She has the best array of Credit Union knowledge and is our "go-to" person for any forms or compliance related questions. Kathy coordinates marketing programs and is essential in overseeing the timely delivery, with no quality compromise, of your products. Some say she is the glue that keeps us together, but for sure she works hard to assist our clients needs.
She attended Michigan State University with a BA in Business Administration and Travel and Tourism and is a CUNA certified Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE). She has over 12 years experience working in customer service and as a Credit Union Compliance Coordinator. Her varied and extensive background includes managing the workflow process for a large printing and marketing company, customer service and support, front office, and accounting.
Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and is involved in community programs and the Boy Scouts of America. She is also a traveler, having lived in Brazil for a year. She has a working knowledge of both Spanish and Portuguese.
David M. Rogovein, Senior Marketing Executive
 David is the Sr. Marketing and Sales Executive at Advantage Marketing Solutions. He works in sales and support and is well-known for the high quality customer service he provides.
His experience and knowledge give him the ability to understand the needs of businesses and to deliver suitable results.
David has worked in the wireless communications industry for a number of years, in both retail and business-to-business capacities. He has received multiple top level awards from Verizon Wireless. David's personalized customer service skills have roots in his earlier career in the men's fashion industry in sales and purchasing.
Born and raised in Detroit, David attended Oakland Community College, majoring in Business and Hotel & Restaurant Management. He is a member of the Regional Greater Chamber of Commerce, and B'Nai B'Rith. He is active with numerous charities including Donate Life, and the Red Cross
David lives with his wife and 2 daughters in Bloomfield Hills. He enjoys cooking, bowling, and barbecuing for his family. David is a world traveler, having visited 15 countries so far. He is a fan of Detroit professional sports teams, particularly the Tigers and the Pistons.
Richard McKenzie, Project Director & Sales
Richard is the Project Director at Advantage Marketing Solutions. Richard leads our community and special project marketing. He also develops marketing concepts and campaigns. He works closely with clients and is an integral part of the graphics and copy writing departments. Rich also handles internal sales and our community marketing efforts.
Rich attended Central Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
Jimmy Luthmann, Marketing Sales Consultant
 Jimmy is the Marketing Sales Consultant at Advantage Marketing Solutions. As part of the Sales Department, he works on increasing and expediting the marketing process. He has 14 years experience as a Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing and advertising for a credit union with over 30k members.
Jimmy is a retired US Air Force Flight Engineer and First Sergeant. He attended the Community College of the Air Force and Alpena Community College, majoring in Advertising, Marketing, and Computers. He lives in Oscoda and is very active as a community volunteer.
David M. Wanagat, Art Director
David is the Art Director at Advantage Marketing Solutions. He customizes designs from concept to delivery, with focus on each client's unique needs. He is a talented and versatile designer with experience in graphic design, photography, website design, and concept development. As Art Director, David provides fresh ideas and creative design solutions.
Beth Greenaway, Website Administrator & Copy Writer
Beth designs, manages, administrates our clients websites and is a excellent copy writer at Advantage Marketing Solutions for a variety of projects, both internal and external. She has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and has worked as a Technical Writer, scriptwriter, and training materials writer. She has written a large number of documents ranging from highly technical, to advertising and marketing copy, to fax cover sheets. Beth has a very versatile style, and an ability to write to a specific audience as required.
Beth lives in Howell with her husband and two sons. She enjoys reading, bargain-hunting, gourmet cooking, and spending time with her family.
Allan J. Gaydos, Senior Marketing Consultant
 Allan is a Senior Account Executive at Advantage Marketing Solutions, he is a talented sales and marketing professional with over 17 years experience in the advertising/marketing field. He has held positions ranging from Advertising Sales Representative for major national magazines to the Director of Marketing for a local business magazine. He was part of the launch team for regional museum's quarterly magazine.
Allan has experience working with all sizes of advertising agencies, from small local shops to large multi-national agencies. He brings with him knowledge of media planning/buying and account services.
Melanie S. Jones, Independent Sales Agent
 Melanie is our community and special project marketing. Melanie has worked in Marketing and Advertising and in Print Media for over 13 years, specializing in creative direction, public relations and community marketing. Providing superior customer service has been a primary goal. She attended Eastern Michigan University in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communications, with a Minor in Cultural Anthropology. Melanie lives in Canton with her two children. She is an artist and is preparing for her first exhibit.
